We will gladly accept returns/exchanges for store credit on any items (except items which are final sale) that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached).

We do not accept returns on all apothecary, beauty, swimwear, undergarments and ALL SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE, ARE FINAL SALE.

Please email support@unitedtableware.com or call the store on Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM PST within 5 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We require that your item is returned within 5 days of receiving your RA#. Please note that all returns that do not meet the 5 day requirement for requesting a RA# will only be considered your sales final and no exchange will be given.

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
